What is the diffrence Between DELF, TCF, TCFAQ & TEF exams in French?

DELF (Diplôme d’études en langue française ) of the CIEP is having level wise exams such as A1, A2 and so on, where you will be able to take exam as you pass one level after the other & DELF certificate has permenant validity. TEF/TCF is not having any levels.

TCF (Test de connaissance du français) of the CIEP & TEF (Test d’évaluation du français ) of the CCIP can be compared with DELF but one more point with TEF/TCF is that you can get different level scores for different sections of exam, such as in speaking, your score may be equivalent to B1 and in listening your score can be different, say, equivalent to B2. So you can get different points for different sections. TEF/TCF certificates have 2 years validity.

Also DELF has passing criteria for min score of 5 out of 25 in each section along with overall passing score of 50 out of 100.

TCF/TEF have no such passing score criteria.

TEFaQ (the Test d’évaluation du français adapté pour le Québec) of the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Paris (CCIP) & TCFaQ (the Test de connaissance du français pour le Québec of the Centre international d’études pédagogiques (CIEP) are specific tests designed for Quebec immigration purpose. It test only listening and speaking abilities of the individual. You can take these exams anytime of the year, in an accredited Test Centre. You can also take the exam as many times as you want, with a 2 month period in between exams. You can get different level scores for different sections of exam. The format for TEFaQ and TCFaQ is different.

Both TEFaQ and TCFaQ have a limited validity period. TEFAQ is valid for 1 year & TCFaQ is valid for 2 years.
