Le Frehindi is committed to foster and promote a positive healthy and safe culture. We try to ensure safe exchange programs adding following points in our programs. We are here to plan for you and calm the nerves. We’re here to tell you that you have are at a right place.

We help to prepare students prior to departure and provide them with high-quality advice and information about their exchange experience under the high patronage of the Indian Embassy in Paris.

For every 15 students, we have a teacher from the student’s respective school/university in India accompanying the group.

We ensure being available to parents throughout the exchange for any questions or concerns by creating a what’s app group of parents.

We only work with established and reputable overseas partners which are Government (state) owned educational institutions in Europe.

We ensure that each student moves around in groups with in pairs with every 10 students accompanied by a local language speaking guide & mentor.

We take care right from Airport pick up at destination in Europe in luxury coaches to drop off back at Airport till the time all have boarded the aeroplane back home.

All our accommodations are comfortable, very safe & secure with special keys access to floors & rooms given only to visiting students who live in a batch of 2 to 4 students per room with one adult teacher taking care of each floor. We take special care of the meals of the students by providing them with the option of Indian food once in a day & taking care of all the vegetarians be it special dietary options like of the Jain community from India.

A doctor on call is available 24 hours in case of any medical emergency or illness covered by speedy insurance at no extra cost to parents.

We provide emergency phone service which students or families can call 24/7 if they experience a genuine emergency

We sufficiently brief, train & provide all students with a list of important emergency contact details & each student carry a special identity card in case of any emergency situation.

Having two offices in India & Europe with regular staff, we are very well placed to take care of the complete safety & security of your students.
