Exchange programs can jumpstart a student’s pathway to higher studies and a career in technology, medicine, media, environment, etc. The students get to know the advent of international travel and cultural immersion. As a result, they can be globally-minded leaders, innovators, and change-bringers.

Le Frehindi is a Paris-based Student Benefit Organization that helps students become global citizens by providing global exposure via foreign language development programs, and global cultural exchange programs. The exchange program will provide the students with the required tools and guidance to broaden their global perspective through international cultural, arts, skills, and educational experiences.

Below are the guidelines and measures Le Frehindi follows while accompanying students on exchange programs.

Departure:

• Provide the parents/guardians of the students with a contact number to coordinate with Le Frehindi.
• Provide a coordinator to make sure all the students have entered the airport.
• Make sure that all the students wear a school housedress/jacket to be easily identifiable.
• Make sure that all the students wear an Id card that has the individual student’s name written on it.
• Make sure that the ID card has the name and number of the coordinator & they shall wear it throughout the trip.
• Make sure that a coordinator is always present during Flight transits.
• Numbering the students to keep track of headcounts.
• Make sure that students always travel in the group.
• An expert from Le Frehindi, Paris will be with the group and will be available at all times to help the group.

Arrival:

• Make sure that students collect their luggage.
• Make sure that students keep their belongings safe.
• Assign a teacher who collects and secures the passport of all the students.
• Make sure that students follow traffic rules and security guidelines of the cities as per the country they are in.
• Make sure that meals and snacks are provided at the proper interval of time.
• Provide proper behavior guidelines to conventions, historical places, museums, and other religious sites.
• Provide the security instructions of local authorities, especially when outdoors with safe & secure buses having toilets, seat belts, dustbins, first aid boxes, and announcement systems driven by qualified English-speaking chauffeurs.
