National Assembly is the most integral part of the French Parliament

The recently appointed French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal impressed everyone present in the National Assembly (lower house of the French parliament), where he talked about restoring authority in the country’s schools and implementing some changes in the education policies around schools in France. Measures taken by the French Government prove to have some similarities with the policies that already exist in India.

High Schools in France are called Lycée

Here are some highlights of the speech as orated by Gabriel Attal on 30th January, 2024 at the National Assembly, in Paris.

1.Plan to revive the school uniforms:-Gabriel Attal confirmed a plan to experiment with uniforms in some public schools as part of efforts to move the focus away from clothes and reduce school bullying. If the experiment proves to have a positive result, the uniforms in schools will be returning by 2026. Le Frehindi provides the Indian students to visit French schools as a part of exchange program, where they are often surprised to see school students with no uniforms when they visit the French schools .
